  1. Formation of Agreement An agreement between the customer and the service provider is established when the customer places an order and the service provider confirms it in writing (e.g. via email).
  2. Pricing and Billing Principles The quoted price is based on the agreed loading and unloading times. If either of these is exceeded, the service provider may charge an additional fee in accordance with the current pricing schedule.
    • Loading time begins when the moving vehicle arrives at the pickup address and ends when it departs.
    • Unloading time begins when the vehicle arrives at the destination and ends when the last item has been unloaded or the agreed service is completed.
  3. Special Items The quoted price does not include the transfer of special items, such as pianos or any individual item weighing over 100 kg, unless specifically agreed upon in writing prior to confirmation.
  4. Liability and Compensation for Damages The customer is responsible for the goods being transported unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If the customer wishes to transfer or limit liability to the service provider, a separate agreement must be made. The service provider is only liable for damages resulting from negligence or breach of duty on their part.
  5. Protection and Packaging of Goods The customer is responsible for properly packing and protecting furniture and other belongings unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The service provider is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging or protection.
